30 Days Free Resizing

Within 30 Days we will resize your ring for free, including free shipping both ways. Please note that certain restrictions apply and only Vellia Vey rings can be resized. The 30-Days policy begins when your purchase is received. Outside of the 30-Days free resize period, rings can be resized for a fee. To ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and avoid unexpected duties or taxes, resize orders must be shipped to the same country as the original purchase.

Instructions for Resize

Customers can complete all resize processes for ring on the Vellia Vey website where they placed their order:

Please note, for transaction security, the delivery address for items after size adjustments must default to the original address (to prevent hacking). If you need to change the address for receiving resized items, please contact our customer service at service@velliavey.uk

Step 1

In the Orders management section of My Account on the Vellia Vey website, customers can select the item they wish to resize and submit a resize request by providing the necessary information.

Step 2

It will take 2-3 business days to review the request. Once the request is approved, we will send the return shipping label and invoice via the resize web page and by email.

Step 3

Customers should print the shipping label and invoice, package the item as instructed, and wait for the courier to pick it up. The courier will contact the customer using the provided phone number. If a call is missed, customers can also contact the courier company to arrange pickup. Please refer to the local DHL, FedEx, or UPS contact numbers for assistance. The time taken for the package to reach us may vary based on the shipping location, typically taking 5-7 business days.

Step 4

Once our setting factory receives the item for resizing, it will be scheduled for production. The resizing process is expected to take 5-10 business days. After quality inspection, we will promptly ship it back to you. You can track the shipping progress on our website.

2. How long does ring resizing usually take?

Once we receive the ring at our setting facility, resizing typically takes 5-10 business days. We will ship it back to you promptly upon completion. It typically takes 3-5 business days each way for shipping between your location and our setting factory. So the total estimated time for resize process is around 3 weeks. It's all worth it for the perfect fit.

Comparative Purchasing

Comparative purchasing is purchasing multiple products with the intent of keeping one and returning the remainder. To maintain the high quality of our pieces and keep our prices competitive, comparative purchasing is not allowed. If we suspect an order is comparative, it may be blocked from shipping or returning.
