Diamond Price Match Guarantee

Detailed Terms and Conditions

The following are the detailed Terms and Conditions as they relate to Vellia Vey's Diamond Price Match Guarantee:

1. The Diamond Price Match Guarantee only applies to certified loose diamonds sold through official Vellia Vey brand website.
2. The Diamond Price Match Guarantee is valid only before you purchase your Vellia Vey diamond jewelry. If you're not satisfied with your purchase after buying, you can return the item to us within 30 days.
3. To verify a competitor's diamond price, please provide: (1) a copy of the grading report from GIA or IGI, issued within the last year, for the competitor's diamond, and (2) a link to a public website offer or a published price.
4. The competitor's price must be publicly available and not a special discount. The lower price must still be valid when Vellia Vey verifies your request; expired offers are not eligible. Prices must be in the same currency.
5. The competitor's diamond must match the Vellia Vey diamond in all characteristics, including cut, color, clarity, carat weight, fluorescence, table and depth percentage, symmetry, and more. Vellia Vey reserves the right to review your request and determine, at our sole discretion, whether the competitor's diamond is comparable.
6. The competitor's diamond must be in stock and available for purchase at that price.
7. The Vellia Vey price reflects any applied rebates, gift certificates, and promotional discounts. Comparable shipping and handling costs will be included in the price comparison. Competitors' special promotions, such as rebates, gift certificates, and bundled products, are not eligible.
8. Offers advertised as limited in time or quantity, clearance, liquidation and going-out-of business sales, and loyalty program offers are not eligible.
9. The Diamond Price Match Guarantee does not apply where the competitor or Vellia Vey has made a pricing error or typographical error on an item.
10. Pawn shops and auctions (websites or brick and mortar stores) are not eligible.
11. Only one diamond per customer is eligible for the Diamond Price Match Guarantee (multiple claims on the same diamond will not be eligible, regardless of the quantity ordered), and the Diamond Price Match Guarantee can only be applied once per diamond, even if a lower-priced offer is subsequently found.
12. The Diamond Price Match Guarantee only applies to purchases for personal use. The Diamond Price Match Guarantee does not apply to purchases for resale or commercial purposes.
13. If Vellia Vey decides to match a competitor's price, we will honor the new price for 48 hours.
14. Vellia Vey reserves the right to verify all information regarding the competing offer and to refuse to offer a lower price, in its sole discretion, if it is unsatisfied with its ability to verify the competing price.
15. We reserve the right to: (1) deny requests, (2) modify these terms at any time, and (3) terminate the Diamond Price Match Guarantee at any time.
